We'd rather be direct: LabOps AI has 24 active MVP users across a handful of design partners today, and the quotes below come from real conversations with real operations teams using the platform, not a manufactured customer base. As that number grows, this page will grow with it.

What customers are telling us to improve
In the interest of the same honesty, feedback hasn't been universally glowing, and we think that's worth sharing too. Customers have asked for deeper integration with existing LIS platforms, more granular control over alert thresholds, and better mobile access for staff who aren't at a workstation all shift. All three are active areas of development.
